# Customer Analytics

Use Customer Analytics to access pre-built intelligence about the behavior and preferences of your customers. With this interactive feature you may analyze intelligence using filters, drill-downs, sorts, and contextual information.
Customer Analytics works with your held data as well as data aggregated from customer's external accounts, enriched by MX's data enhancement. Here, find dashboards to use for analyzing product adoption, how customers are engaging with competitors, spending habits, and much more. You may also identify and target specific audiences to provide them with products that meet both their needs and yours. All dashboards are organized under two main navigation categories:
* **Segment Analytics**: Audience creation including pre-built segments and user lists, portfolio performance, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
* **Product Performance**: General analysis and discovery including portfolio performance, digital engagement, and competitive insights.
