# Existing Client Integration Guide for Customer Analytics

## Evaluating Your Existing Integration

If you're an existing MX client, it's likely that we already have access to the data necessary for Customer Analytics. You'll work with the MX team to determine if your existing integration is with one or more of the following products:

* [Data Access](/products/data/data-access)
* [Personal Finance Management](/products/experience/pfm)
* [Mobile Banking](/products/experience/mobile)
* [Financial Insights](/products/experience/insights)
* [Account Aggregation](/products/connectivity/account-aggregation)

## Possible Additional Requirements

In cases where your existing integration is minimal, meaning we only have access to aggregated data, you will likely need to provide us with held data as well. In this case, integrating with either the [MDX v5 Real Time API](/api-reference/more-apis/mdx/mdx-real-time/) or [Data Access](/products/data/data-access) are options.

## Kickoff Meeting

Once an evaluation (and possible supplementary integration) is complete, MX will enable Customer Analytics and perform the required work on our end to get it up and running. After the integration and validation work is complete, MX will schedule a training and kickoff event with your organization. During the kickoff, the MX team will walk through each dashboard, answer questions, and provide the training necessary to use the product effectively.
