# Contact Support

The Contact Support feature provides users with a way to reach customer service through a customizable modal displaying your financial institution's phone number.

Users see the **Contact Support** modal in two places in the app.

The first is from the **Call Epic Bank** link on the login screen.

The second is from the **More** page under the **More** group.

## Configurations

Contact your MX representative to customize the modal text to your bank name and telephone number.
