Data Access Consent Triaging
In the Data Access portal under Performance Monitoring/Consent Status, you may troubleshoot customer connection issues or test connections if consent was successful.

Search for consent data by:
- FAPI ID (FDX interaction ID)
- State parameter
- Request ID
- Customer ID
Date Required
The date is required when searching by FAPI ID or Request ID.
The consent search returns status (active, expired, revoked, or attention required) and a timeline which may include:
- Creation time of consent with recorded state parameter
- User redirect to data provider login
- User login success information
- Account selection list
- Account selection success information
- Confirmed consent granted or denied
- Successful data call for consented accounts
