To sync your audiences to external CRMs for targeted campaigns and customer engagement, MX supports integrations with Blueshift. Once configured, audiences sync daily to your selected platform. The audience list contains the external_guid or CIF field value you assigned (not MX-generated) when creating users in the system.
TIMINGIt may take 30 minutes or more for the data to populate in your CRM.

Blueshift

PREREQUISITEYou’ll need your User API Key from Blueshift.
To set up audience syncing in Blueshift:
  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in MX Intelligence and select Connect on the Blueshift component.
  2. Authenticate using your User API Key from your settings in Blueshift.
  3. Once authenticated, navigate to any audience and export it by clicking the three-dot menu on its table record and selecting Export.
  4. The Blueshift option will appear in the Export menu. Confirm this selection and select Export.
Although the customer list associated with the audience appears in the Data > Customer section of Blueshift immediately, it takes about 30 minutes for the user_count field to populate.
