Card Manager is the user interface (UI) that allows users to view their cards, associated data, and take basic card actions. Users can access the Card Manager from several entry points:
  • The Transaction Info screen of a transaction
  • The Dashboard card (“Manage all your cards in one place”)
  • The footer menu icon called “My Cards”

My Cards

The My Cards section displays all of a user’s cards with quick-access actions and detailed account information. Each card shows available actions, status, and key details at a glance. Cards appear in a list view with two action buttons below each card:
  • Make Payment opens the payment flow, allowing users to pay their credit card balance.
  • Transfer opens the transfer flow, enabling funds transfers from a debit card.
  • View Card Info opens a popup displaying the card number, CVV, expiration date, and cardholder name.

New Card Activation

When a user receives a new card, an Activate Card action appears instead of the standard actions. Selecting this action prompts them to:
  1. Create a 4-digit PIN
  2. Verify the card’s expiration date
Once activated, the card transitions to an enabled status and displays standard actions.

Card Details

Select any card to open the Card Details screen, which displays:
  • Card balance
  • Custom account fields (if configured)
  • Primary action button (Make Payment for credit cards or Transfer for debit cards)
Two tabs display additional card information. The Manage tab provides card information, recent transactions, and actions including Report Lost or Stolen, Freeze Card, Replace Physical Card, Manage PIN, and Add to Digital Wallet. The Account Info tab provides the balance and any other fields that have been configured.

Card Statuses

Cards display different statuses to indicate their current state and availability:

Configurations

The Card Manager feature can be configured to display as a native implementation or in a WebView.
