Contact Support

The Contact Support feature provides users with a way to reach customer service through a customizable modal displaying your financial institution's phone number.

Users see the Contact Support modal in two places in the app.

The first is from the Call Epic Bank link on the login screen.

The second is from the More page under the More group.

Contact your MX representative to customize the modal text to your bank name and telephone number.
