These guides are meant to inform end users about the widgets you embed.

You can repurpose these guides to live in your site's FAQ or support section to teach your users how to perform key actions within each widget.

These guides are a reference to help you get started quickly when creating any support materials. Depending on your specific mobile app or website, you may have additional/different functionality, including different UI text.

When posting these support materials on your own site you'll want to do the following to ensure the best experience:

  • Make the content easily findable to your users.
  • Make sure the naming of the features in the guide matches what's in your app. Your app may have different copy for certain features, depending on what your institution requested.
  • Add example images using your integration and place them where necessary in any steps.
