Getting Started
To get started with the mobile banking app:
- Sign in with your financial institution credentials.
- After signing in, you'll arrive at the dashboard–the app's main screen. This is where you'll access your accounts, money movement options, transaction information, and more. To provide an accurate picture of your finances, you'll want to connect your accounts from every institution you have a financial relationship with.
- In your Settings, you can customize the order of features on your dashboard, change the order of how your accounts display, enable notifications, and more.
No matter what you want to do in the app, you can always ask questions in the searchbar. When you tap the searchbar, a list of suggested searches will appear. Tap any of the suggested searches to get an answer. If your question doesn't appear, you can tap the microphone and ask it out loud, or type the question into the searchbar. If the app can't answer your question, you'll have the option to tap a link and call customer service.
