Transfers
Sending money is easy with the mobile app. You can transfer money within the accounts you maintain with your financial institution when you need to pay a large bill, you can transfer money to friends in your contacts list after a night out, and you can transfer money to accounts with other banks.
How To Transfer Money
You can transfer money to another account or member of your financial institution.
- On the Dashboard, select Transfers.
- Select the account to transfer from.
- Select the account to transfer to (account balances will be displayed).
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- Select when you want to send the transfer.
- Enter how frequently you want to do the transfer.
- Choose a Send On date.
- Enter a memo (optional).
- Use the slider to submit your transfer. It will take a moment to process, and a message will appear to tell you if the transfer is successful or if there is a problem.
How To Send Money with Zelle
- On the Dashboard, select Payments, then Send Money with Zelle.
- If you haven’t already, choose a primary account to use.
- Select whether you want to send or request money.
- Select the person you want to send money to or request money from.
- You can also search for the person by name, email, or phone number.
- If you haven’t added the person to your contacts, tap the “+” on the top right and add a first name, last name, payment method (email, phone number, or account number), and mobile phone number.
- On the next screen, enter the amount ($5 minimum), then select Review.
- If sending money, choose when to send (the default is “Today”), the frequency (the default is “One Time”), and add a memo if you'd like. Then use the slider to send. You'll see a confirmation screen.
- If requesting money, add a memo if you'd like, then use the slider to send the request. You'll see a confirmation screen.
How To Add a Zelle Contact
- On the Dashboard, select Payments, then Zelle Contacts.
- Select the plus icon to create a new contact or add one from your device contacts.
- To create a new contact, tap Create New Contact and add a first name, last name, payment method (email, phone number, or account number), and mobile phone number. Then select Save.
- To add a contact from your device, select Add From Device Contacts. You will need to allow access to your contacts to continue. Then select any contact you’d like to add, update any information, and select Save.
