Payments

Payments makes it easy to pay a bill or send money to a contact in your phone. Your financial institution may require you to sign up for bill pay services through an online portal before using the app’s bill pay features.

How To Pay a Bill or Contact

1. Open the menu, then select Payments.
2. Select each option to choose the payee, the account to transfer from (account balances will be displayed), the amount you want to transfer, and when you want to send the transfer. To add a payee, select Choose Payee, then select the plus sign and choose an option:
   • Add a Company: You’ll need the company name, address, and phone number, and your account number.
   • Add a Person: You’ll need the person’s name or company name, address, phone number, and your account number (optional).
3. Use the slider to submit your transfer. It will take a moment to process, and a message will appear to tell you if the transfer is successful or if there is a problem.
