The Portfolio Performance category is an overview of portfolio trends across account types, primacy scores across customer bases, and financial health insight on your customers.
Portfolio trends
The Portfolio trends dashboard captures data for multiple account types including Checking, Savings, Mortgage & HELOC, and Personal Loans.
CheckingChecking charts describe trends across your users' checking account data.

Each bar chart is also categorized by Auto, Boat, Line of Credit, Loan, Personal, Personal with Collateral, Powersports, RV, and Small Business.

Primacy
The Primacy dashboard provides insight on how consumers are engaged with your products and services. Use the Primacy score to make determinations on the value you are providing your clients and determine the need to cross-sell products.
As mentioned on the page, the primacy score calculation is based on 1 point each for the following:
- Has checking product
- Has savings product
- Has direct deposit
- Has logged in the last 30 days
- Has a mortgage or HELOC product
- Has used Zelle in the last 30 days
- Has 16 or more debit card transaction in the last 30 days
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Total enrolled users | The total number of users that enrolled in any of your products or services. These are users that have at least one internal account. |
| Enrolled users by primacy score | The percent of enrolled users displayed by primacy score. |
| Primacy score per user | The average primacy score per user based on the total enrolled. |
| Average primacy score trend | The number of enrolled users for each primacy score. |
| Median deposits held by primacy score | The median balance in internal deposit (checking and savings) accounts for each Primacy Score. |
| Most common account type bundles | The number of enrolled users displayed by product bundle. |
| Export List | An exportable list of user data including the Primacy Score for each user and some supporting details. |
Financial Health
This dashboard provides information to help you understand the financial health of your customers.
The charts and graphs in this dashboard are interconnected. If you hover over a specific month, that month will be highlighted on all other graphs to help you identify trends in your data.

| Vulnerable users | The number of users that have a financial health score under 25. |
| Building users | The number of users that have a financial health score at or exceeding 25, but under 50. |
| Stable users | The number of users that have a financial health score at or exceeding 50, but under 75. |
| Strong users | The number of users that have a financial health score at or exceeding 75. |
| User financial health | The number of Vulnerable Users, Building Users, Stable Users, and Strong Users by month for the past year. |
| Users by their spend income ratio | The number of users in each spending range. The ranges include, greater than 90%, 75% – 95%, and Less than 75%. The chart displays data by each month in the past year. |
| Users by their debt to income ratio | The number of users in each debt-to-income range. The ranges include Greater than 46%, 31%-46%, 16% – 30%, and Less than 16%. The chart displays data by each month in the past year. |
| Users by their late and overdraft fees | The number of users in each late or overdraft fees category. The categories are 0 and 1 or more. The chart displays data by each month in the past year. |
| Users by their total savings balance | The number of users in each savings strength categories. Strong Savings are savings accounts with over $1,000. Weak Savings are savings accounts with under $1,000. The chart displays data by each month in the past year. |
| Users by their emergency savings resiliency | The number of users in each emergency savings category. The ranges include Less than 1 month, Greater than 3 months, and 1 to 3 months. The chart displays data by each month in the past year. |

This dashboard includes two sections: Beginning snapshot 12 months ago and Evolution of checking accounts that were active 12 months ago
Beginning snapshot 12 months agoThe section groups together the data from 12 months ago and may be used as a baseline when evaluating trends.

| Active checking accounts (Percentage) | The percentage of active checking accounts as of 12 months ago of all open checking accounts. Active accounts either have a daily average balance of greater than $50 for the month or have had at least one user-initiated transaction in the last 3 months. |
| Users with open checking accounts | The number of users with an open checking account as of 12 months ago. |
| Users with active checking accounts | The number of distinct users who had an active checking account as of 12 months ago. |
| Users with active checking accounts (Percentage) | The percentage of users with open checking accounts whose accounts are active as of 12 months ago. |

| Runoff accounts | Accounts that were active 12 months ago that are now either closed or inactive. Inactive accounts have a daily average balance less than $50 over the month and no user-initiated transactions over the past 3 months. |
| Annualized attrition rate | The percent of active checking accounts from 12 months ago that are closed or inactive currently. |
| Attrition trend | The monthly trend of account attrition through either closure or account inactivity. |
| Runoff trend by account age at beginning of period | The number of accounts lost to attrition each month. Displayed by the age of the account as of 12 months ago. |
