Accounts

Accounts shows information about all the financial accounts an end user has connected.

End users can navigate to the Accounts card on the dashboard and to the full Accounts view from there or from the navigation menu.

In the full Accounts view, end users can:

  • Connect accounts.
  • Add manual accounts.
  • See account details of connected accounts.
  • See a running balance within the Transactions tab of the Accounts Details for held accounts. This lets users see their balance for every transaction on an account. It sorts the transactions based on the posted date.
  • Change the order in which their accounts display.
  • Delete an account. If an end user deletes an account, a feedback survey will appear. Apart from the copy, this survey is not configurable.
  • Select Make a Payment (if applicable) and be redirected to Payments.
  • Select Transfer (if applicable) and be redirected to Transfers.
  • Select Deposit (if applicable) and be redirected to Deposits.
  • Request a cash advance from their credit card account.

Closed vs. Hidden

A closed account is a deleted account.

A hidden account still exists in the system. It doesn’t appear on the dashboard. Its information is excluded from all Personal Finance Management (PFM) tools (Budgets, Spending, Net Worth, and so on). However, it will appear in the hidden category in Accounts. And it will still be available to use for bill pay, deposits, and transfers.
