Spending
Spending shows end users their income and spending in various categories.
When shown as a dashboard card, Spending shows two pages in a carousel. The first shows a colorful wheel and a list of categories. Each color on the wheel represents how much the end user has spent in an associated category. The center of the wheel shows how much they’ve spent in total over the last 30 days. The second page in the carousel shows a user’s spending and income over the last year through a bar chart, as well as their average monthly spending.
When shown in its full view, a larger version of the spending wheel for the month appears along with a bar graph. In this view, end users can:
- Tap the dates above the wheel to change the date range.
- Tap the forward and backward buttons above the wheel to change the date range by one-month increments.
- Tap any section of the wheel to see how much they’ve spent for that category, along with a percentage of their total spending during the date range. End users can also drag the wheel until it displays the category they’re interested in.
- The dotted line in the bar graph at the bottom illustrates the 90-day average for that category.
- Tap a bar in the graph to show the details for the chosen category during that month.
- Below the bar graph, tap View Transactions to show a list of transactions in your chosen category over your chosen dates.
- Tap Income above the spending wheel to bring up their income wheel. Everything end users can do with the spending wheel and bar graph can be done with their income as well.
