App Feedback & App Rating
A prompt can appear after a custom-set amount of logins to ask the user if they’re enjoying the app.
- If the user selects Yes, a prompt will ask them if they want to provide a rating for the app. This rating goes directly to the App Store or Google Play Store.
- If the user selects No, a prompt will ask them if they want to provide feedback for the app. The app feedback is sent internally to MX.
If the user dismisses the app rating twice, it won't show up again unless the user reinstalls the app. This can also be configured so if the user dismisses the rating, then the feedback card will show instead.
The app feedback and app rating can be configured to have both as a part of the same flow, to only include one or the other, or include neither.
App feedback can also be navigated to from the navigation menu.
